If you opened a Sticker Pack but cannot find your stickers, don't worry. In most cases, the stickers have already been added to your Sticker Album.

When a Sticker Pack is opened:

• New stickers are automatically added to your Sticker Album.
• Duplicate stickers are automatically converted according to the Sticker Album rules.
• You do not need to manually claim the stickers.

If you cannot immediately see the stickers you received, try checking your Sticker Album to review your collection and progress.

Keep in mind that opening a Sticker Pack does not guarantee that you will receive a new sticker. If the pack contains stickers you already own, they will be treated as duplicates.

If your Sticker Album does not appear to update after opening a pack, restart the game and check your collection again.
