If your game appears to have restarted, is showing a different account, or you cannot find your previous progress, it is usually because you are logged into a different account than the one originally used to save your game.
Was your game linked to a social account?
Game progress can only be recovered if it was previously linked to one of the following:
- Google Play Games
- Apple ID
If your game was never linked to a social account, the progress cannot be recovered.
How do I recover my progress?
- Open Dragon City.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Change Player.
- Log in using the same Facebook, Google Play Games, or Apple ID account that was previously linked to your game.
I changed devices. Can I still recover my account?
Yes, as long as your game was previously linked to a supported social account and you log in using the same credentials.
I no longer have access to my Facebook account.
If your Dragon City progress was linked to Facebook, you will first need to recover access to that Facebook account before you can access your game progress.
To avoid losing access to your progress in the future, make sure your game is linked to a supported social account.
