No one in Monstown pays much attention to vagabonds. They're just there, like part of the scenery, like the city lights, like the cars... Because no one pays attention to King Wander, no one expects King Wander when he comes in for the kill, and that’s something he uses to his advantage. So, open your eyes and really look at this tiny little vagabond, who is actually one of Monstown's richest and most successful Hunters.

King Wander was broke and homeless when he accepted his first bounty hunts, but as he got rich and started dressing accordingly, he realized that hunting was getting harder, as he was too noticeable. Thus, now, when he's on a job, he dresses up like the vagabond he used to be and makes sure that no one sees him leaving his expensive penthouse.

King Wander is a Dark and Water Attacker with Villain Hater and Magic Hater skills.
