There’s nothing that makes her happier than neutralizing an escaping enemy by hitting them with a powerful bolt of elemental magic…except maybe her passion for sustainable, functional, yet aesthetically pleasing fashion!

What’s Hemer Litsok’s chosen medium? Pure ice, made from her own water magic. With a few waves of her talented hands, she can sculpt prismatic breastplates, diamond-hard swords, and even the odd pair of cheeky “glass” slippers. Elektra Patrol loves wearing her creations, especially since they usually make battle easier. Hemer Litsok hasn’t quite figured out how to make clothes for some of her more fiery friends, but if there’s anyone who can crack that sartorial puzzle, it’s her.
