As the last carrier of Yerex’s blood, Bella Baal’s parents have always prioritized keeping her safe. So while most of the court came and went with the tides of war, Bella Baal always stayed perfectly safe, surrounded by armed guards and thick castle walls.

But after spending her whole life seeing great heroes go off to battle and return to court covered in glory, Bella Baal became frustrated with her comfortable life. She knew her fate was to rule the Light Kingdom, and when that day came, Bella Baal hoped that she’d be a truly great ruler. But before she sat on the throne, she wanted adventure! And not just adventure—Bella Baal wanted to prove herself in combat as a worthy defender of her kingdom. So, much to her parents’ alarm, Princess Baal declared herself a true defender of the Light Kingdom and began her combat training regimen.
