ZEO had never had real competition in business until she arrived. He learned about her in a very unpleasant way while trying to acquire a small company—an operation he thought would be as easy as usual. But when he made his offer, he was told that someone had been quicker than him:

"We're sorry, Mr. ZEO, but this company was acquired in a flash operation yesterday night. It was an offer we couldn't refuse, and she promised to save everyone's jobs after the process, which Z-Corp specifically refused. That sealed the deal."

"She promised? Who is SHE?" replied ZEO furiously.

"Victoria Goldworth, General Manager of Victory Corp."

After that, a cold war started between ZEO and his new archenemy. GM Victoria was unwillingly pulled into the confrontation—after all, she had only been minding her own business—but as she found herself competing with ZEO over different operations and winning every time, she started to enjoy the war because, if there's something GM Victoria loves, it is winning.

Now, it's the entire city of Monstown that should be afraid of ZEO and GM Victoria's business war. They won't stop until they own everything.
