Yaoguai Wangzhou was very interested in harnessing the powers of Soul’s Lair. He offered Fayemalice all sorts of dark, delightful things in return for an alliance, but nothing swayed her.

Mighty Thetys then suggested they offer her Corallia. At first, Yaoguai refused—they had no idea how dangerous Corallia could be when combined with Soul Lair’s eldritch magics. What if they accidentally created an uncontrollable zombie army that would devour foes and allies alike? (Rebel Frosilka actually loved this idea, but she was the only one.)

Begrudgingly, Yaoguai Wangzhou took his future wife’s advice, and offered Fayemalice a hunk of Corallia…with one small catch: She herself couldn’t use it until it had been tested on a lesser being in Soul’s Lair, for safety’s sake.

With a casual shrug, Fayemalice tossed the Corallia to her pet reanimated tiger, Fangoriak. He snapped it up in his jaws and swallowed it whole, sending everyone in the room scrambling for cover. But to their great surprise, all Fangoriak did was belch some toxic gases, scratch his head with his back foot, and…casually quadruple in size. Big enough to ride!

Fayemalice found this absolutely adorable, and with glee, agreed to the alliance.

Fangoriak is a Dark and Nature Attacker with Life Steal, Nightmare, Bane, and Healing skills.
