At times it may take up to 24 hours for the purchase to get registered in the game as our system needs to receive the confirmation from iTunes.

- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases. You might be asked to sign in.
- Tap Purchase History and select the order to get the receipt.
- Take a screenshot of the same and send it to us
