KatiaLifts’ boyfriend is just as much of a sportsmonster as she is, but while she’s a gym animal, Quarter Jack prefers team sports. He’s tried a few, but truly excels at football. That pigskin fits into his hands like it was made for him. His talent was already obvious in high school, where he earned a university scholarship, and now he’s the superstar quarterback of the Elektra-U Lions.

Quarter Jack is living his dream, but it’s hardly a dream without freedom. These days, his university has been taken over by President Canine’s Educational Committee, and it’s anything but educational. The committee exists only to monitor students and ensure they don’t rebel against the government, or the Alliance of Evil in general. However, Quarter Jack’s courage can’t be controlled by any institution, and he’s doing everything in his power to free Elektra along with KatiaLifts and all the rest of Citizens!
