Kemoni has an enormous amount of swagger to match his enormous head, yet this underworld operative is surprisingly soft-spoken and polite. He’s a regular visitor to Monstown on “business” trips, where he’s often seen touring pedestrian projects like waste management facilities and construction sites in the company of Evileye Joe. What he’s doing at these places is anyone’s guess, but wise Monstown citizens know not to question some things out loud.

Kemoni might be more than a mere business associate for the Syndicate, however. He’s been seen leaving the home at Evaris Il Obscuro’s last known address on more than one occasion, again escorted by Evileye Joe. But what could Kemoni and Evaris be talking about that required the presence of a lawyer, even a heavily biased one like Joe? 

The prevailing theory among those in the know is that Kemoni must be connected to someone high up in another criminal organization. But there aren’t really any others left, so that can’t possibly be the case…right?
