Before becoming a superhero, Roost Waine lived on a farm, spending his days trying not to become lunch for any passing wolf. Even years into his superhero career, he hasn’t forgotten the daily fear of living under forces that could crush him at any moment.

Because of this, Roost Waine feels deep empathy for the Citizens of Monstown, who so often find themselves prey to The Syndicate, the Revenge Squadron, or any villain eager to flaunt their power. But he also knows that the so-called weak can amplify their strength by staying alert and working together. That’s why he has created a civilian alter ego for himself: Klark Waine, a humble street reporter.

Why a reporter? Because he believes that with the right information, Citizens can hold their ground and play a vital role in any conflict. Especially in times of misery, information is power—power to the people!

Klark Waine is an Earth and Light Attacker with Pierce, Repentance, Daze, Cold Blood, and True Vision skills.
