Gems cannot be lost unless it is used in the game. Information on Gems are stored in a separate server; this security measure prevents the loss of data.

Please recheck if you have made any purchases using Gems. Also be careful with fast tapping as this might cause unintentional purchases in game.

We recommend enabling Purchase Confirmation in the Settings (top-right corner of the screen). The confirmation window will appear when you are about to spend 20 or more gems.
