The second biggest mistake you could make is underestimating Dorfil because of her size. But the absolutely worst mistake you could make is thinking this talkative monster can’t convince you of anything she wants to.

One of Xandrite Spellbound’s representatives on the Magic Council, Dorfil is passionate (and often defensive) about maintaining the required distance between him and the Council. She’s more likely to flatten you with her hammer for asking to meet with Xandrite than she is to even hear the reason for your request.

But while she might be ironclad when it comes to the Council speaking to Xandrite, Dorfil’s only too happy to speak up on her boss’s behalf. She’s been known to take up an entire Council meeting delivering wholehearted speeches about Xandrite’s wisdom, generosity, and intellect. As you may have guessed, the rest of the Council finds this deeply annoying—except that Dorfil has so much charisma, it’s almost impossible not to find yourself following along and agreeing with everything she says by the end of whatever speech she’s making. Whatever your stance is in the current Council controversy, she’s the monster you most want on your side.
