Heroic Race rewards are based on both your final position and the race requirements you complete during the event.

If you did not receive the rewards you expected, please check the following:

Did you reach Lap 5?

To qualify for the main Heroic Race rewards, you must reach at least Lap 5 before the event ends. Players who do not reach Lap 5 are not eligible for these rewards, regardless of their final position in the race.

Did the Heroic Race end?

Rewards are distributed after the Heroic Race has officially ended. If the event is still active, rewards will not appear until distribution begins.

Did you claim your rewards in time?

Once the Heroic Race ends, you have 7 days to claim your rewards. After this period, unclaimed rewards can no longer be collected.

Were you expecting a different reward?

Different rewards are granted depending on your final position and progression during the race. Be sure to review the reward information shown in the event to see which rewards you qualified for.

Before the race ends, make sure to review both the lap requirements and ranking rewards so you know exactly which rewards you are eligible to receive.
