Purchases made through Facebook are processed by Facebook and are subject to Facebook's refund policies.

To request a refund:

1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Open Settings & Privacy > Settings.
3. Go to Accounts Center > Payments > Meta Pay.
4. Open your Order History and select the purchase you need help with.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to request a refund or contact Facebook Support.
