When this happens, this is likely an issue with your Game App settings. Please follow the steps below:
1. Go to your device's settings menu.
2. Go to Apps
3. Click on the App for Dragon City
4. Scroll down to Supported Links or Open by Default
5. Click "Add Link" and allow the Game to use our login link
