How do I know I have successfully completed a survey?

Rewards can take up to two days to be verified by our partner. Once the information is validated, you will receive your reward.


Steps to obtaining a reward:

  • Complete a survey;
  • Make sure to see the “Thanks!” pop-up;
  • Restart then enter the game;
  • Return to the Survey Wall.

I have completed a survey but did not receive the expected reward!

Your initial answers sometimes don’t match the survey’s objective, so you can simply pick another one. You are partially rewarded based on what you have completed before the survey is stopped.
