1) Make sure your device is set to the correct region.
Head to your Control Panel in Windows 10, select “Region”, then head to the “Location” tab and select the correct country. You will need a payment option from your territory to be able to make purchases.
2) Add your Microsoft account to the store.
If you do not have a Microsoft Account yet, you will need to create a new one to be able to make payments inside the app. If you already have one, you can simply sign in.
3) Set up your payment method.
Select the payment method you wish to use and follow the on-screen instructions.
4) Confirm your purchase.
Finalize the purchase by confirming it and following the on-screen instructions.
