The Dragon Roost building allows you to increase the maximum level of your dragons.

You will first need to place the Dragon Roost on your Islands and then upgrade it to be able to level up your dragons past their current maximum level.

You can find the Dragon Roost in the 'BUILDINGS' section of the Shop.
