The deals for recipe cards which they offer are for dishes which you have already unlocked in the game.

You will be able to see directly how many more recipe cards you need to buy from the Merchants to level up your next dish.

They will only be able to sell you a limited amount of deals…  but don't panic they will be back tomorrow with more!
