Purchases on Google Play are made using Google Wallet.
You can access your account by using Google Wallet online. You can also review your orders by visiting Google Wallet to check on order status and other relevant details about your purchase.
If you have a Google Account or Gmail account, you can use it to sign in to Google Wallet at http://wallet.google.com/manage .
If you don’t already have a Google Account, get started right away by using the following steps:
1. Visit http://wallet.google.com/manage/
2. Click Sign up in the upper right corner of the screen for a new Google Account
3. Fill out the required fields and click Create my account.
4. To activate your Google Account, check your email account for a verification message from Google and verify your account.
5. Virtual Credit Cards (VCC) are not accepted for Google Wallet purchases in the store.
