Depending on the company that is showing the offers to you, you will need to contact them directly.

You can check to see which company is the one you require by going to the offer wall and scrolling to the bottom to see the name of the company.

1.Click the ""Support"" button on the bottom left corner of the offer wall.

2.Choose the offer you have not received credit for and click the ""Report"" button.

3.Fill out all necessary information.

4. Click ""Submit Ticket.""
