If you still haven't received the items, please check your email for the Google receipt or follow these steps on your device:

•   Open the Play Store (You must be signed in)
•   At the top right, tap your profile icon
•   Tap Payments and subscriptions
•   Tap Payment method > More options > More Payment Settings
•   You will be redirected to Google Payments Center Page
•   Tap on Menu (Top left hand side) > Activity
•   Click on the order you are looking for and take a screenshot to share with us

You can also visit Google Pay to get your receipt on Device or Web
