Thrazgor doesn’t care who leads the Barbarians, or even know who it is. In fact, Zneaky tricked him into believing he was the chief long before he actually took the role, and Thrazgor never bothered to question it.

Since then, Thrazgor has been instrumental in most of Zneaky’s victories, almost literally. Zneaky uses him as a meat shield, and Thrazgor simply stands there stoically, taking the damage and dealing some himself. His only real focus comes after the battle, when he gets to collect and keep the skeletons of the fallen.
