Zneaky Widezmirk was never meant to be anyone important. Not in a faction like the Barbarians, where strength roared louder than wit. Even his name felt like a jokeāWidezmirk, which was both his surname and the name of his pet beast. The two were often confused, and honestly, Zneaky didnāt mind.
He grew upāāgrew upā being just a manner of speak in his caseāin the background of the faction, mostly unnoticed. He didnāt have many friends, mainly because he was so annoying. He wasnāt a good friend to anyone either, always making fun of everyone around him, finishing every sentence with that little nasal laugh. Five minutes of conversation with him were enough to make even the chillest orc want to pull their hair out.
In spite of that, Zneaky learned early that he could get away with little things easily, as long as he didnāt take them himself seriously. He made a show out of his little tricks and achievements, turning even the smallest success into a performance. And a lot of Barbarians found him amusing. Apart from Darmith and a few others, Barbarians arenāt too smart, you seeā¦
Maybe thatās how Zneaky sort of slipped through the cracks of the factionāunintentionally, almost. He wasnāt in it for a power trip or anything. He just wanted to test things and see what he could get out of it. Lots of gold in the best cases, funny wounds in the worst. No one really paid attention to him as someone who would become important to the faction, but maybe Khalorc Rageskin should have. He regarded Zneaky as just another one of the many buffoons who kept the different Barbarian tribes entertained. But then, Zneakyāfor extra funāstarted attacking the enemies of the Alliance of Evil. And succeeded at quests that Khalorc himself had failed to win.
Thatās when Khalorc realized Zneaky was a menace. But it was too late. By then, Zneaky was a complete sensation in the faction. He had all the tribes behind him. Because Zneaky is chaotic⦠and Barbarians love chaos.
So bring in the chaos, Zneaky!
