Stina Steambandit met Diesel Drake at her lowest point. She had decided to pursue a career as a mechanic, but she had no money and couldn't find a place to start her business. Then, this strange character came along. Like her, he knew his way around a scrapyard and could make miracles out of trash. Actually, those who knew him called him "the shaman" because he could even create medicine and save monsters who couldn't afford healthcare using materials discarded by laboratories and factories, building technology that could give the most expensive x-ray machines a run for their money.

Naturally, he and Stina got along immediately, and, as a team, they went to monsters' houses to fix their appliances, repair their cars, adapt their houses to their disabilities, and just... make their lives easier. They charged very little money, but because of how much they worked, they were able to make enough for Stina to buy the warehouse that later became the famous Stina's Garage.
