At times it may take up to 24 hours for the purchase to get registered in the game as our system needs to receive the confirmation from Huawei AppGallery.

If you still haven't received the items, please check your email for the receipt or follow these steps on your device:
  • Go to Settings > Account Center > Payment and purchases > Purchase history
  • Tap the related order, then tap REQUEST INVOICE. Fill in all required fields.
  • Confirm your entered information and click √ in the upper right corner to submit your request.
Note: You can only request an invoice 48 hours after the payment is made.
