If you still haven't received the items, please check your email for the receipt or follow these steps on your device:
  • Open the Microsoft Store
  • At the top right, tap your profile icon. You might be asked to sign in.
  • You will be redirected to your Microsoft account
  • Scroll down to check your order history
  • Take a screenshot of the order you are looking for
