He arrives, unleashes chaos before anyone can see him, hides in a corner, watches the flames for fun, and then leaves. Then another client requests his services and the process starts again!
Boomshakalaka is a Fire Attacker who can apply Tortures, Weaknesses, Shield Breaks, and Stun. He has an Evolving Trait: at rank 0, he's Immune to Burn and Ignite, at rank 1, he becomes a Status Caster, gaining Immunity to Freeze at the start of every battle. At rank 3, he'll also Ignite all enemies at the start of the battle.
