In case the App is not reloads, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure your Device has a stable WiFi connection. Connections like 3G/4G are not recommended.
2. Verify if you have the latest version of the game.
3. Attempt to clear the Cache on your device and to not have too many Applications open at the same time.

Failing these, please try the following steps:

The following steps can only be done if you play your game connected to your Facebook account!
If you don't, please do not follow this guide.
If you are still being affected by this issue, please click on ""Contact Us"" button and a representative will contact you as soon as possible.

1. Delete the Facebook App from your device.
2. Delete the Monster Legends App from your device.
3. Go onto Safari (or any other web browsers you may use) and go to www.Facebook.com to make sure you are not signed in through this way.
4. Access the Settings on your iOS device then scroll down until you find Facebook (it is below Twitter and before Flickr).
5. On the next page, underneath the Facebook, you should see your name. Click here and delete the account.
6. Now from the same screen click on Install the Facebook App, once installed, click on Open and make sure you can access your account on there.
7. Now go to the App store and download Monster Legends.
8. Once it is downloaded, click on Open, then click on Login with Facebook when requested and accept all terms and conditions if they apply. Then choose your high level account from Facebook and continue.
