In case the App reloads, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure your Device has a stable WiFi connection. Connections like 3G/4G are not recommended.
2. Verify if you have the latest version of the game.
3. Attempt to clear the Cache on your device and to not have too many Applications open at the same time.

Failing these, please try the following steps:

The following steps can only be done if you play your game connected to your Facebook account!
If you don't, please do not follow this guide.

1. Delete the Facebook App and Monster Legends App from your tablet.
2. Access the Settings on your Android device and click """"Accounts"""" along the top.
3. Find Facebook and delete the information if still there.
4. After completed, Install the Facebook App again from the Google Store.
5. Once installed, Connect the Facebook account again and ensure it is connected in the settings.
6. Now go to the Google Store once more and download Monster Legends.
7. Once it is downloaded, click on Open, then finish tutorial and then click on Login with Facebook when requested and accept all terms and conditions if they apply. Then choose your high level account from Facebook and continue.
