In total, there are 25 nodes. You can replay the last two nodes, but the older ones will remain hidden and not repeatable. This is applicable until you complete the entire quest.

After the completion of all nodes in the quest, you should be able to enable auto-win any of the nodes.

One thing to remember is that only Common, Rare, and Epic Quests have 25 nodes. Legendary Quests may vary.
