On iOS:
If you still haven't received the items, please check your email for the iTunes receipt or follow these steps on your device:
Open the "Settings" on your device
Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases. You might be asked to sign in.
Tap Purchase History and select the order to get the receipt.
Take a screenshot of the same and send it to us

On Google Play:
If you still haven't received the items, please check your email for the Google receipt or follow these steps on your device:
Open the Play Store (You must be signed in)
At the top right, tap your profile icon
Tap Payments and subscriptions
Tap Payment method > More options > More Payment Settings
You will be redirected to Google Payments Center Page
Tap on Menu (Top left hand side) > Activity
Click on the order you are looking for and take a screenshot to share with us
