Make sure that you have a stable internet connection when making purchases.
If your internet connection was lost during or right after the transaction was made, please try restarting your device and check to see if you have a message about your purchase in your inbox (which can be found on your Social Screen).
If the purchase still does not appear in your game, then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

2. The time of your purchase
3. A screenshot of your purchase receipt. This receipt is emailed to the account used to make the purchase soon after the purchase is completed.
