The short answer is no.

Once you start participating in a Chef Club Challenge and you leave your Chef Club to join another Chef Club you will not be able to participate in the current Chef Club Challenge, you will need to wait for the next one.

If you return to your original Chef Club you will be able to continue to participate in the current Chef Club Challenge.
