Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before participating in the “Your Pet In Dragon City Contest” (“Contest”). Participation in the Contest constitutes participant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.’s Terms of Service (https://www.take2games.com/legal/en-US/), and represents that participant satisfies all of the requirements set forth below. This Contest is organized by Social Point S.L. (“Sponsor”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. Sponsor’s address is Carrer de Pamplona, 101, 08018 Barcelona, Spain.
1. ELIGIBILITY. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ANY TERRITORIES IN WHICH DRAGON CITY (“THE GAME”) IS MADE AVAILABLE, EXCLUDING MAINLAND CHINA, WHO HAVE A VALID ACCOUNT FOR THE GAME, AND ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE (OR THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE ENTRANT’S COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, IF HIGHER). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Establishing a Dragon City account is free. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and living in their same households, whether or not related) of the Sponsor, Zynga Inc., Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, national and local laws.
2. START/END DATES. The Contest begins at 12:00 PM Central European Time (“CET”) on 23 March 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central European Summer Time (“CEST”) on 7 April 2026 (“Contest Period”). Sponsor’s computer in CET/CEST is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
3. HOW TO ENTER. Eligible players can enter the Contest by taking the following steps during the Contest Period:
Read the Official Rules;
Take a clear, high-quality photo of their real-life pet.
Eligible pets include dogs, cats, birds, small mammals (hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, etc.), fish, and reptiles.
Send the submission to [email protected] with the subject line “Pet Contest Entry – [Your Pets Name]”
Include the following:
Photo attached as an image file (in the form of a JPG, JPEG, or PNG)
Pet’s Name
A one-sentence description of the pet’s personality
All entry information and other content submitted by an entrant as part of this Contest shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Submissions” or each as a “Submission.” All Submissions must comply with the Guidelines and Restrictions (as defined below in Section 4), as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Contest in the event an insufficient number of Submissions are received that meet the minimum judging criteria.
Unlimited Submissions per person. All Submissions must be received by 11:59 PM CEST on 7 April 2026.
By entering, each entrant warrants and represents the following with respect to their Submission: (a) entrant is the sole and exclusive owner of all aspects of the Submission; (b) the Submission is entrant’s own creation; (c) the Submission will not infringe on any rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity and/or any other intellectual property right and will not include the name, photo, or likeness of any third parties; (d) the Submission complies with the Guidelines and Restrictions (defined below); and (e) the Submission has not been submitted previously in a contest of any kind, won any kind of award and/or been exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.
Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Dragon City account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries, and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automatic system, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
All Submissions become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor to the maximum extent permitted by law and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only fully completed Submissions by individuals that meet the Eligibility Criteria are eligible. Proof of Submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
4. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND CONTENT RESTRICTIONS: By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees that their Submission conforms to the Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove any Submission and disqualify an entrant from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the entrant’s Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.
Submission Guidelines:
The Submission must only contain the pet. Submissions containing the image or likeness of any human will be disqualified.
Participants must not disclose personal information (such as full names or addresses) within the pet's personality description.
Submission must be submitted in one of the following image formats: .jpg, .jpeg, or .png
Content Restrictions:
Submissions may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:
is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;
promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;
is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group;
appears to duplicate any other submitted Submissions;
defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
contains material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or any other intellectual property rights;
contains footage, images, or artwork not created by entrant or owned by Sponsor;
has been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind, won any award or been exhibited or displayed publicly through any means; and/or
contains material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created.
Entrants acknowledge that other entrants may have used ideas and/or concepts in their Submission that may have similarities to ideas or concepts included in entrant’s Submission, and entrants understand and agree that they shall not in any way be entitled to any compensation because of any such similarities. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest, including interpretation and application of these Official Terms.
5. LICENSE/USE OF SUBMISSIONS: By submitting a Submission, each entrant hereby: (i) irrevocably and unconditionally waives, and agrees to never assert, any and all moral rights such entrant may have in and to the Submission; and (ii) grants to Sponsor and its licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the Submission and all elements of such Submission, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade. Entrant agrees that, if required by Sponsor, they will sign documents to this effect. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Submissions by third parties. Sponsor has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.
ALL ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO POST, DISPLAY, OR OTHERWISE USE ANY SUBMISSIONS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WINNING SUBMISSION(S). FOR SAKE OF CLARITY, ENTRANTS UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT EVEN IF ENTRANT IS A WINNING SUBMISSION SPONSOR IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO USE THE WINNING SUBMISSION FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER. HOWEVER, SPONSOR WILL HAVE THE RIGHT, BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION, AS DETERMINED BY IT IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO USE THE WINNING SUBMISSION. IF ANY SUBMISSION IS USED BY SPONSOR, INCLUDING THE WINNING SUBMISSIONS, ENTRANTS WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY COMMISSION ON ANY PRODUCTS OR MERCHANDISE WITH SUCH ENTRANT’S SUBMISSION (IF APPLICABLE).
6. INDEPENDENTLY DEVELOPED SUBMISSIONS. Each entrant understands and agrees that Sponsor’s use in matters independently developed of material similar to or identical with the Submission or containing features or elements similar to or identical with those contained in the Submission will not obligate Sponsor to negotiate with entrant, nor will it entitle entrants to any compensation of any kind. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that nothing herein shall preclude Sponsor from using any material in or similar to the Submission without obligation to entrant.
7. JUDGING CRITERIA AND WINNER DETERMINATION: This Contest is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the determination of the winners. On or about April 8, 2026, Sponsor, together with an independent judge determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion (collectively, the “Judging Panel”), shall review all eligible Submissions, and will select three (3) winners (collectively, the “Winners”, and individually each a “Winner”).
The Judging Panel will judge the Submissions and select the Winners based on the following equally-weighted judging criteria (“Judging Panel Criteria”):
(a) Creativity and originality;
(b) Effectiveness in communicating the pet’s unique personality traits; and
(c) Suitability for in-game adaptation.
Subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules, the three (3) Submissions with the highest scores shall be designated as the Winners. In the event of a tie, all tied Submissions will be re-judged by an additional judge selected by Sponsor who will break the tie using the Judging Panel Criteria. By entering the Contest, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Judging Panel, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
8. PRIZES (3): Each Winner will have the Submission of their pet adapted into an in-Game pet and released in a future Game update. Upon release in-Game, each Winner will receive their pet unlocked for free in their Game account (“Prize”).
For the avoidance of doubt, Prizes are in-game virtual goods which: (i) have no monetary value; (ii) cannot be used outside of Dragon City; and (iii) must only be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Terms of Service, located at https://www.take2games.com/legal/.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prizes is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prize may not be substituted, assigned or transferred or redeemed for cash, however Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per household.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION. The Winners will be notified on or about April 24, 2026 via the email address used when submitting their Submission. In order to receive their prize, the winners will need to provide Sponsor with their player ID for the Game. The winners may be required to sign and return, where legal, a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and assignment of the winner’s rights and title in the Submission within five (5) days of notification. If any winner is unable to be contacted or fails to respond within three (3) days of date of notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, or if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or a winner is not in compliance with these terms, applicable prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to the Submission with the next highest score. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Prize will be electronically delivered to the Winners in Game to the Dragon City account associated with the player ID provided at time of winner confirmation.
10. CONDITIONS. Sponsor shall not be liable or responsible in the event any entrant’s or winner’s Submission is not used for any reason. Submissions may be cut, edited, reformatted, rearranged, combined with other materials and/or otherwise modified, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Any and all federal, state and local taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of each winner. Participation in the Contest and acceptance of the Prize constitutes such winner’s permission for Sponsor to use their name, address (city and state and country), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information, Submission, and/or any statements made by such winner regarding the Contest, Game, or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, “Released Entities”), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the Prize or participation in any Contest-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action. Participants who do not comply with these Terms, or who attempt to interfere with this Contest in any way shall be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible if the Contest cannot take place or if any Prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to natural disasters, weather, pandemics, acts of war, acts of terrorism, or any other reason beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
11. ADDITIONAL TERMS. Any attempted form of participation other than as set forth in Section 1 above is prohibited. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of participation are permitted. The Released Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of participation information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed device transmissions which may limit one’s ability to enter the Contest, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s device relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading any materials in connection with this Contest. In such case, Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Challenge should (in its sole discretion) any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, Contest or other cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant it determines, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Contest or Game. The Sponsor may prohibit any participant from participating in the Contest or winning the Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that such participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or Sponsor representatives.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE GAME OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPANT’S ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE GAME OR ANY WEBSITE OR SERVICE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST, DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS CONTEST AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO ALL PARTICIPANTS OR SHALL ONLY APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. IN THE EVENT THAT ANY OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY ARE NOT ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE AFFECTED LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY SHALL BE DEEMED OMITTED FROM THESE TERMS AND SHALL IN NO WAY AFFECT THE LEGALITY, VALIDITY OR ENFORCEABILITY OF THE REMAINDER OF THESE TERMS. EACH PARTICIPANT SHOULD CHECK THEIR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
13. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW. Participants resident in the United States of America hereby waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Terms, including, without limitation, the Contest and hereby agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and/or the Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.
For Participants who are not resident in the United States of America and/or for any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Terms and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Terms and/or the Contest, except where prohibited by law, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the County of New York in the State of New York. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms, or the rights and obligations of each participant and the Sponsor in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof.
14. USE OF DATA. Any personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor or its data processors in connection with the Contest will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy for the purposes of conducting, administering and marketing the Contest. Please read Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.take2games.com/privacy. By participating in the Contest, you hereby acknowledge that: (i) you have read and understood Sponsor’s privacy policy; (ii) Sponsor has a valid legitimate interest in processing your personal data for these purposes; and (iii) Sponsor’s legitimate interests are not outweighed by your own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.
15. WINNERS LIST. A list of the Winners, in the form of surname and country, or such other reasonable form selected by Sponsor, may be requested by contacting Dragon City Customer Support at: https://socialpoint.helpshift.com/hc/en/7-dragon-city/contact-us/, no later than 90 (ninety) days after the end of the Contest Period.
Any United Kingdom entrant may request that the amount of information about them published in the way described above be reduced, by contacting Sponsor using the contact details above. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Sponsor may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the United Kingdom’s Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen if Sponsor is required to demonstrate that it has awarded any advertised prizes.
