If you have lost your game account, you can only recover it if you previously saved your progress by linking it to Facebook, Google Play, or Apple ID.

Steps to Recover Your Account:

1) Download the game on your device.
2) Open the game, go to Settings, and tap the "Change Player" button.
3) Select the appropriate login method: Facebook, Google Play, or Apple ID.
4) Log in using the account you previously linked to your game.
5) A prompt will appear asking if you want to continue from your previous progress.
6) Tap “Continue”, and your game data will be restored.

Important Notes:

- Facebook is the only method that allows you to transfer your game progress between different platforms (e.g., Android to iOS).
- If you did not link your account before losing access, unfortunately, recovery is not possible.
