General Cirrata is the military strategist of the Octalian army. He is both a seasoned expert in battle and a religious fanatic who believes that every victory brings Octalia closer to the Abominations in spirit. He even wears the badge of the Sons of Cthulhu on his chest, convinced it will guide his decisions.

Among his most controversial decisions was replacing thousands of Octalian soldiers with clones of Octex, their greatest asset. Unsurprisingly, those sidelined fighters—less talented but still loyal—felt humiliated when reassigned to construction work. Yet they had little room for complaint, given the brilliant results General Cirrata achieved through this risky gamble.

Exarch Quor holds General Cirrata in the highest esteem, and together with Molluskiastik, the three of them form the heart, soul, and brain of Octalia.
