If you have lost your game account, you can only recover it if you previously saved your progress by linking it to Facebook, Google Play, or Apple ID.
Your account can be connected to both Facebook and Google Play / Apple at the same time and hence, recovered using either of the two.
Steps to Recover Your Account:
1. Download the game on your device.
2. Go to Settings and tap on Change Player.
3. Select Facebook or Apple recovery option.
4. Once you login, a pop-up will ask If you would like to continue from the previous login to the game.
5. Click Continue. The game will now synchronize with your selected account.
6. If your old account was in Android and if you are trying to recover it again on the Android device. Please follow the below steps.

Important Notes:
- Facebook is the only method that allows you to transfer your game progress between different platforms (e.g., Android to iOS).
If your account is connected to Facebook and Google Play / Apple at the same time, either of the two can be used to recover your account.
Once your account is linked to Facebook, Google Play or Apple, it cannot be unlinked.
If you did not link your account before losing access, unfortunately, recovery is not possible.
